Terms and Conditions for Jamelah Permanent Cosmetics – Semi-Permanent Makeup Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by Jamelah Permanent Cosmetics, located at Furzton, Milton Keynes, England, MK4 1BY (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist," "we," or "us"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable £100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of the treatment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- Clients must provide at least 72 working hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Failure to provide sufficient notice, no-shows, or other missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee and full payment of the balance due.

- Clients may reschedule once using the original booking fee. Subsequent reschedules will incur a £50 administrative fee.

- Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will have their appointment rescheduled and treated as a no-show.

4. Service Description

Jamelah Permanent Cosmetics offers Ombre Brow treatments designed to provide clients with natural-looking, semi-permanent eyebrows. Full details of the services can be found on our website or provided during the consultation.

5. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment.

- A patch test is available upon request to check for allergic reactions to pigments or materials used.

- By paying the booking fee, clients confirm their understanding of the potential risks associated with the treatment.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services. Proof of age may be required.

7. Aftercare

Clients must adhere to the aftercare instructions provided to achieve optimal results and minimise potential complications. We provide a special aftercare balm and detailed guidelines following the treatment.

8. Results and Touch-ups

- Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

- A complimentary touch-up session is included 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure. If rescheduled, this complimentary touch-up will no longer be available free of charge.

- Colour boost appointments are available and priced according to the time elapsed since the initial procedure:

- Within 6 months: £150

- Within 12 months: £200

- Within 18 months: £250

- Beyond 18 months, a new treatment price will apply.

9. Liability

While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, Jamelah Permanent Cosmetics is not liable for unforeseen results or complications arising after the treatment, including but not limited to allergic reactions, undesired pigment retention, or improper aftercare.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

By booking an appointment, you consent to Jamelah Permanent Cosmetics contacting you via email, calls, or WhatsApp for appointment updates and marketing purposes. To withdraw consent, please contact us using the details below. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Jamelah Permanent Cosmetics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
